Graduate Opportunities

Join us for a career in chartered surveying and international property consulting. You'll be involved in real work from day one as you prepare for your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Key qualities

  • Gifted communicators able to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Eager for an opportunity to take real responsibility.
  • Committed to delivering excellent results.
  • Lateral thinkers with a flexible and imaginative approach to problems.
  • Above all, people who enjoy working as a team.

Candidates must be IT-literate. Ideally you'll have, or expect to gain, a degree in an approved RICS Property Course, but applications from graduates with non-property related degrees are welcomed too.

Our training is hard to beat

Our RICS-approved programme includes excellent technical training and we've averaged a pass rate of 94% over the past 12 months, with 81% of our candidates succeeding the first time. Our pass rate compares favourably with the national average of 65% and our graduates can be sure of getting the right skills to set them up for a real estate career in the international business community.

We'll support you at every step

  • APC induction
  • Skills training (networking, presentation, report writing)
  • Professional development seminars (internal and external)
  • Critical analysis guidance
  • Lunchtime revision sessions
  • Realistic mock final assessment interviews with APC assessors
  • In-depth revision classes run by renowned institutions

And then there's the social side

Our social culture is an integral part of the graduate scheme. You'll take part in development days and residential events that combine team building and education with plenty of fun.

Company-wide events take place throughout the year and include sporting tournaments such as the surveyors' rugby sevens, charity fund-raising activities and client entertainment.
