A 32 acre (13 hectare) site backing on to Bluewater, Europe's largest retail park, in Dartford, Kent will go under the hammer at Colliers CRE's next auction on 13 October.
The site has vast development potential and a long frontage onto the A226 London Road. The site was formerly two quarry pits that were filled by Bexley Council in the 1960s and 1970s and restored to grazing land in the early 1980s.
Earlier planning submissions proposed 700 houses and flats on the site and there may be opportunities for employment or other uses.
